Child Safety Standards for Pasiar

Effective date 4 September 2026

These standards apply to the Pasiar mobile app (Google Play package id.web.wale.pasiar.android) and related services operated at pasiar.wale.web.id. Pasiar is a travel companion app where people save trip photos, maps, and comments, and share them with friends or the public.

Pasiar has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Prohibited conduct (CSAE)

You may not use Pasiar to create, upload, share, request, store, or otherwise distribute content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes, without limitation:

A child / minor means anyone under 18 years of age, regardless of the age of consent in a given place.

Pasiar is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 (or the digital-consent age in your country, if higher) to use the app.

How to report a child safety concern

Report as soon as you see something that may involve CSAE or CSAM.

In the Pasiar app: open the menu on Perjalanan Saya (⋮) → Laporkan masalah keamanan anak, and send the report. Include the trip or photo, the account involved if you know it, and a short description.

By email: [email protected] with the subject Child safety report.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

What we do when we learn of CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on Pasiar, we:

  1. Remove the content and restrict or terminate the account.
  2. Preserve records needed for an investigation, to the extent the law allows.
  3. Report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline and Indonesian authorities such as the Indonesian National Police (cybercrime / Bareskrim) and aduankonten.id where applicable.
  4. Cooperate with lawful requests from Google Play and law enforcement.

We do not restore CSAM or return it to the user who posted it.
