Terms of Use for Pasiar

Welcome to Pasiar! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pasiar mobile application and services (collectively, the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Pasiar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. User Accounts & Security

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of the photos, trip itineraries, captions, comments, and other content (“User Content”) you upload to Pasiar.
• License Grant: By posting or sharing User Content on or through the App, you grant Pasiar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and providing the App services to you and other users according to your privacy settings.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share content that:
  • Infringes on any third-party intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights.
  • Contains unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful material.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.

4. Location & Media Access

• Location Services: Certain features of Pasiar rely on location data to record trip routes, tag photos, and provide recommendations. Enabling location services is voluntary, but disabling them may limit App functionality.
• Accuracy of Information: Pasiar relies on GPS, third-party mapping providers, and user input. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of map data, routes, or location tags.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property Rights of Pasiar

The App’s original design, features, branding, logos, trademarks, and code are the exclusive property of Pasiar. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• “As-Is” Service: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Travel Safety: You are solely responsible for your personal safety, compliance with local regulations, and travel decisions made while using Pasiar.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasiar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, photos, or profits arising out of your use of the App.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
